AMC’s unique creative and commercial skillsets are unparalleled in the industry. As editor-in-chief of ELLE UK, she rebranded the magazine, repositioning it as the UK’s fashion authority and must-have platform for luxury millennials. Her commercial credentials included a full revitalisation of the magazine under her stewardship, and the magazine achieved an unheard-of 7.5% increase in circulation between 2018/19 – the highest increase in the market among all glossies, despite a challenging print environment, further highlighting AMC’s astute business acumen. She diversified the ELLE UK portfolio with the launch of ELLE Weekender, a major industry and consumer offering, which featured prestigious speakers such as Diane von Furstenberg, Rosamund Pike and Eva Chen, as well as further expanding the brand’s portfolio via the launch of the inaugural ELLE List – an event and an issue celebrating gamechangers, established and up-and-coming talent in the fashion industry.

AMC is a fearless innovator who commissioned and produced countless groundbreaking covers and portfolios during her tenure as editor, including a Feb 2019 issue featuring Stormzy, a UK grime artist, promoting positivity and diversity and championing young british black talent. Other notable covers during her tenure include: a global exclusive with Michelle Obama and Oprah, and the first UK cover in the luxury sector to feature spokesperson, model and activist Chrissy Teigen. She also launched the first landmark September issue in 2018 – dedicated to sustainability which ignited in her a passion for promoting and driving a more sustainable fashion industry and subsequently led to her founding The Calendar Magazine, a magazine and platform for the considered consumer in March 2021.
